    Yes, our production factory is located in Sagamihara City, Japan.
  • Can you arrange the bulk shipment?
    Due to quality control risks, we can not arrange it.
  • Can we visit your factory to see the production process?
    Yes. We would be pleased to welcome you to our factory.
  • What is the production lead time?
    The production lead time is approximately four months from the official order placement. It may vary depending on the season.
  • Can you use raw materials supplied by us?
    In general, this is possible, provided that the materials have undergone our internal quality control and regulatory compliance review.
  • Can you conduct efficacy tests?
    Paid support may be available depending on the test.
  • Can you provide samples? What would be the cost?
    Yes, we can provide samples. Up to 20 pieces per formulation can be supplied free of charge. If the requested quantity exceeds 20 pieces, an additional fee will apply.

  • What is the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
    For 70–120g tube toothpaste, the MOQ starts from 10,000 pcs. The MOQ for other products may vary depending on the specifications.
  • Can you support an international shipment from Japan?
    Yes, our local Freight Forwader can support your inquiry. Additional fee may aply.
  • What are the Incoterms?
    FOB or EXW (Incoterms 2020).
  • Can you provide a Certificate of Origin (Japan)?
    It can be issued upon request for an additional fee.
  • What are your trade terms?
    Our standard transaction terms are as follows:

    1. Trading Terms (Incoterms 2020): EXW or FOB Tokyo / Yokohama seaport by sea.
    2. Currency & Payment: 100% advance payment. Official invoice will be issued upon receipt of the Purchase Order.
    3. MOQ: 10,000 pieces per SKU (no split production).
    4. Delivery: One-time delivery only (no partial shipments).
